Main application
the equipment is used for crimping the teeth of the header plates and locking the plastic tank tight to the core body.There is a sealed space between the crimped plastic tank,sealing gasket and header plate.
Main characteristics
The equipment crimps the header teeth and locks the plastic tank to the radiator core through severalsimple steps.It is divided into the long header and short header crimping device.The long header crimping device first works and then comes the short header one.The long header crimping device crimps the two sides of the long header plate and finishes crimping at one travel through two pressing cylinder while the short header crimping device crimps the two sides of the short header plate.When the equipment is to process a dfferent radiator core,the workers only need to change the sealing heads and clamps of the equipment.
